Veronique knew that she didn't want to feed her daughter Francisca processed meat, a staple of most kids' diets. Unable to find any healthy meat alternative she and her daughter enjoyed, the duo founded Green Slice Foods, a women-owned certified business in Vermont.
Unlike most meat alternative brands we do not use any processed soy, gluten fillers, or chemicals and only source organic nutrient-dense ingredients packed with protein, fiber, iron and magnesium from local farms. Allergen-free, gluten-free, organic, vegan and frozen to lock in freshness and flavor, everyone can enjoy Green Slice!
We make our Falafel from scratch in Vermont using simple, local, fresh ingredients. Falafel is an extremely versatile nutritious plant-based food that can be enjoyed as an appetizer, a snack, for lunch or dinner.
