We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. We don’t want you to be bummed out so if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your Green Slice products.
- Depending on the circumstances, we will provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item.
We may require photographic documentation of any product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a replacement, credit or refund. We ship perishable products that cannot be restocked or resold, which is why we do not accept returns.
Refunds and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns.
In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 24 hours from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
Handling and Freshness:
All products shipped from Green Slice Foods are shipped with UPS 2-day shipping from Vermont in a thermal lunch bag with reusable ice packs. You will receive 3 emails from Green Slice, an order confirmation, a shipping notification with your tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order, and a delivery notification. You are not required to sign for deliveries. If you will not be home at the time of delivery for your order, we strongly suggest you have your items shipped to your work or to a friend/neighbor/family member who can refrigerate your foods on delivery. We are not responsible for items that are left out in the heat for hours after delivery. Other defects must be reported within 24 hours from receipt of order
