We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. We don’t want you to be bummed out so if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your Green Slice products. Depending on the circumstances, we will provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. We may require photographic documentation of any product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a replacement, credit or refund.
We ship perishable products that cannot be restocked or resold, which is why we do not accept returns. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders. Shipping Accuracy: Check your addresses carefully! Our Return Policy extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address on the confirmed order acknowledgement. If you entered an incorrect delivery address during the checkout process there is a small window of time where you can notify us and correct it. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to request a delivery address change, in most cases we can accommodate such requests before an order is processed.
Processing & Delivery: The majority of our orders are processed within 1-2 business day after the order has been placed. Orders are shipped with 2-day shipping. The order placing cut off is Wednesday at 10:00 AM EST to receive delivery the same week. Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturdays only.
Refunds and Replacements: Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 24 hours from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
Handling and Freshness: All products shipped from Green Slice Foods are shipped from Vermont in a thermal lunch bag with reusable ice packs. If you will not be home at the time of delivery for your order, we strongly suggest you have your items shipped to your work or to a friend/neighbor/family member who can refrigerate your foods on delivery. We are not responsible for items that are left out in the heat for hours after delivery. Other defects must be reported within 24 hours from receipt of order. Tracking Orders: When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business day after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipping and tracking details.
