At this time, Green Slice Foods LLC ships products to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

Shipping Accuracy:
Check your addresses carefully! Our Return Policy extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address on the confirmed order acknowledgement. If you entered an incorrect delivery address during the checkout process there is a small window of time where you can notify us and correct it. Contact us at as soon as possible to request a delivery address change, in most cases we can accommodate such requests before an order is processed.

Processing & Delivery:

  • The majority of our orders are processed within 1 business day after the order has been placed.
  • Orders are shipped 2 or 3 Day Air or Ground, depending on your location.
  • The order placing cut off is Wednesday at 10:00 AM EST to receive delivery the same week. Deliveries are made Tuesdays through Saturdays only.

Handling and Freshness:
All products shipped from Green Slice Foods are shipped from Vermont in a thermal lunch bag with reusable ice packs. If you will not be home at the time of delivery for your order, we strongly suggest you have your items shipped to your work or to a friend/neighbor/family member who can refrigerate your foods on delivery. We are not responsible for items that are left out in the heat for hours after delivery. Other defects must be reported within 24 hours from receipt of order.

Tracking Orders:
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 business day after the order has been placed.

The email will contain shipping and tracking details.
